My weekend was pretty great. Saw where the wild thing are Friday then chilled at home Saturday then hung out with the Youth group today. Its been abnormally chilly here, it was 48 degrees Saturday and I live in the south its usually around 60 this time of year.

Were you the day dreamer? The one who always would lose focus in class because you were day dreaming about running through forests, being a mythical creature, sailing great ships, flying with dragons, being a pirate, or even having adventures with Peter Pan and the lost boys? That was me...I got in trouble a few times because of it...but I don't regret it at all! I wish I could just find a way for all things we imagine in good to come true...

I grew up reading the Book Where the Wild things Are as a child, to say I am not a child now would be something insane, this book still makes me yearn to have some type of huge adventure. I want to wander away from reality, to see great things beyond our realm. To experience the things that will expand my mind. Recently I saw the Film that just opened into theatres this weekend. I fell in love with it all over again! Max Records did a fantastic job as Max, a great actor he was for a young boy who has never been in any type of film production in his life. The way he portrayed Max was so realistic everyone possibly could relate to him. In the film the cinematography was phenomenal, so breath takeing that in practically every scene there was a smile plastered on my face, from being so content just by seeing the areas the film was shot on it own. The music just lifted my spirit and made my long to be a character in the film, in the book myself!
The song All is Love by Karen O and the Kids makes my heart smile it went perfect with the whole story! It made me cry...
Though in my opinion I found that the film lacked a plot, but what it lacked was covered by the characters and their interaction with Max along with the cinematography and the music!
