years later after donnie Darko's death, Sam , his sister, find her self stranded in a small town with a close friend, after a meter rock crashes close to the motel she and her friend are currently living in strange things begin to happen. Two kids are missing, there is a town "crazy", a church get burned down, and people die. But going back in time fixes things to their rightful place. 

Have you seen the film Donnie Darko? if you haven't you must go watch it at once, its an interesting film about a boy played by Jake Gyllenhaal who has anxiety problems , that is all i am going to tell you with out giving away the whole film.  I guess i will tell you he sees things( like a demented bunny costume that also talks to him telling him to things he normally wouldn't do) and that he has a theory about time.
